We want everyone to be able to use glpmarketing.com, whether you browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification, voice control or a phone in bright sunlight. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We haven't reached it on every page yet, and this page tells you where we fall short.
What we've done
- Pages use semantic HTML: one main heading per page, landmarks for the header, main content and footer, and real buttons and links.
- A "Skip to content" link is the first thing you reach with the Tab key.
- Inner pages show a breadcrumb trail, and the HTML sitemap lists every page in one place.
- The menus, the cookie banner, the contact form window and the preferences panel all work with a keyboard. Focus stays visible and doesn't end up hidden behind the cookie banner or the bars pinned to the bottom of the screen. Esc closes menus and pop-up windows, and focus goes back to where you were. The cookie banner stays until you pick an option.
- We pick text and button colors to meet AA contrast on both our dark and light sections.
- The animated answer example at the top of the homepage has a pause button. If your device or the preferences panel asks for less motion, that example starts paused and the other homepage animations and scroll effects switch off.
- When we make large changes, we check pages with the axe testing engine and by keyboard.
Display preferences
The Accessibility preferences button sits in the bottom left corner of every page and in the footer. It opens a panel where you can change:
- Text size: 100%, 115% or 130%
- High contrast: black and white with stronger lines
- Reduce motion: stops animations and scroll effects
- Underline links
- Readable font: Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface from the Braille Institute
Your choices are saved in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to us. The panel only changes how pages look for you; it doesn't replace fixes in our own code. Your browser and system settings, like zoom, contrast themes and reduced motion, keep working too.
Known limitations
- Booking calendar: some pages show a scheduler from Calendly. We don't control its code. If it gives you trouble, call or email us and we'll book the meeting for you.
- Videos: client video reviews play from YouTube. Captions come from YouTube, and some may be generated automatically, so they can contain mistakes.
- Older blog posts: some posts moved over from our previous website have images without useful descriptions or headings that skip a level. We fix them as we find them.
- Case study screenshots: some, like ranking reports, hold more detail than the text around them. Ask us and we'll send that information in another format.
Report a problem
If something on this site is hard or impossible to use, please tell us. It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you used.

We'll get back to you, and while we work on a fix we'll try to give you the information or service another way.
